  1. 1 cup All purpose flour (maida)
  2. 4 tsp oil for moin
  3. 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  4. to taste Salt
  5. For filling :
  6. 1 cup Sweet corn (Boiled)
  7. 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
  8. 1 tsp Oregano
  9. 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  10. 1 tsp Red chilli flakes
  11. to taste Salt
  12. Oil to fry

Step-step makingCheese & corn pockets

  1. Add maida, ajwain, salt & oil in a bowl. Mix all. Add little water to knead a semi soft dough. Rest it for 15 minutes.

  2. Mix all ingredients of filling in a bowl. Keep it side.

  3. Make small lemon size balls. Flatten it with roller pin & make thin square wrap.

  4. Place some filling in center & brush water on edges. Fold & press it. Make all packet wraps in a same manner.

  5. Heat oil in a Kadhai. Deep fry all pockets on medium flame by turning both sides until golden brown. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
