  1. 8 tbsp rolled oats
  2. 1 tbsp chia seeds
  3. 1 tbsp sugar/honey
  4. 250 ml milk
  5. 200 gr sliced mango/mango puree

Step-step makingOvernight oats with mango

  1. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, sugar, chia seeds and milk.

  2. Mix it well. Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge overnight or minimum 5 hours.

  3. The next morning, mix well the oats and top it up with sliced mangoes.
