  1. 1 mushroom can diced
  2. 5 eggs
  3. 1 bulb onion diced
  4. 1 green bell pepper diced
  5. 4 fresh pepper
  6. to taste salt
  7. 1/2 cksp canola oil
  8. 1 knorr cube optional

Step-step makingScrambled Mushroom Eggs

  1. Break eggs into a bowl whisk and add salt; heat up frying pan add canola oil

  2. Once the oil is hot add onions and stir for about a minute or 2 then add the diced mushrooms stir continously for about 4mins

  3. Stir in the pepper, knorr cube and green bell pepper. After 3mins, add the whisked eggs and allow it cake before scrambling

  4. Scrambled eggs by stiring till the eggs are cooked through then turn off the heat

  5. Serve scrambled mushroom eggs beside your buttermilk pancake
