  2. 1 egg
  3. milk (as much as it takes to make a somewhat runny batter of about 600 ml)
  4. ground feta cheese (according to taste)
  5. salt
  6. olive oil and a little bit of margarine for the baking tray

  1. Put the flour and salt in a bowl, add the milk and the egg, slightly beaten and whisk so that it doesn’t get any lumps.

  2. The batter has to be quite runny.

  3. Brush the baking tray with a bit of margarine and spread a bit of oil (we use the margarine so that our pie doesn’t stick on the tray).

  4. Put the batter in the tray and sprinkle with the feta cheese. Sprinkle with a bit of olive oil.

  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C, at upper and lower oven settings till the pie is baked and gets a golden color (about 1 hour).
