  3. 15 Curry leaves
  4. 100 grams masala peanut
  5. 100 grams fried masala gram dal
  6. 125 grams jada besan sev
  7. To taste Salt
  8. 1 tbsp saunf
  9. 1tsp jeera
  10. 1tsp mustard
  11. 1 tsp turmeric
  12. 1 tsp hing (asafotedia)
  13. 2 tbsp garlic dry Chutney
  14. as needed Garlic dry Chutney
  15. 50 grams grated garlic
  16. to taste Salt
  17. 2 tbsp dhaniya and zeera powder
  18. 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  19. 1 tsp turmeric
  20. 1/2 tsp hing (asafotedia)
  21. 1 tbsp oil

  1. For garlic dry Chutney mix all the dry ingredients for Chutney in a bowl.

  2. Heat oil in a large kadai add saunf,jeera & musatrd when starts cracking add hing,turmeric powder,curry leaves and garlic Chutney mix well and immediately add murmura mix properly on slow flame add salt,masala peanut,fried masala gram dal & besan sev cook for a while & turn off gas
