The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Maggi Pakora

  1. 1 grated carrot
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1/2 chopped capsicum
  4. 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  5. 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  6. 1/4 crushed Ajwain/ Carom seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 1 cup Besan/ Gram flour
  10. 4 tsp Rice flour or Corn flour
  11. 1 packet Maggi+Tastemaker
  12. 3/4 cup water
  13. Oil for deep frying

  1. In a Sauce pan, add 3/4 cup water and one packet of maggi tastemaker.

  2. Once the water boils, add maggi to it. Stir and boil maggi till it becomes soft.

  3. Once cooked let the maggi cool for 5 minutes.

  4. In a mixing bowl add 1 grated carrot, 1/2 chopped capsicum and 1 chopped onion.

  5. To these veggie, add ginger paste, red chilli powder, ajwain, chaat masala and salt as per taste.

  6. Further add 1 cup besan to it.

  7. Add the boiled maggi and rice flour to the mixture and combine well. Mix with soft hands so that maggi does not break.

  8. Take a Kadhai & heat Oil. Now make small ball shape pakoras from the mixture and drop in hot oil. Fry & stir on medium flame till pakoras turn golden and crispy.

  9. Enjoy hot pakoras with Green chutney and tomato ketchup. Just to add more flavor serve with some sliced onions and fries green chilli.. ENJOY!!!
