  1. 1/2 cup sooji (semolina)
  2. 1/2 cup maida (Plain flour)
  3. 1 1/2 tbsp. fresh grated coconut
  4. 1 tbsp. brown sugar for the malpua batter
  5. 1/2 tsp. fennel seeds
  6. milk as required
  7. 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  8. sugar to taste for the instant rabri
  9. ghee for shallow frying
  10. 3/4 cup brown sugar for the syrup
  11. 2-3 pinches cardamom powder
  12. 4-5 cardamoms
  13. 1 tsp. chopped nuts

  1. In a bowl, mix together sooji (semolina),

  3. Grind the brown sugar along with the cardamom into a powder.
