  1. 4 cups chopped spinach leaves
  2. 2 medium onions, sliced
  3. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 cups chickpea flour/ besan flour
  5. salt
  6. 1-2 tbsp chilli powder
  7. little water

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the above ingredients. It shouldnt be watery. After mixing the flour, it will be sticky. Dont worry. Its the right consistency

  2. Heat lot of oil in deep bottomed pan on medium high flame. And add the flour with spianch and veggies in small batches into oil.

  3. Turn sides after sometime and cook till its nice cripsy and browned
