  8. 3 garlics
  9. 4 candlenuts (optional)
  10. 5 soaked dried chillies (more only if you like it hot)
  11. C – Other ingredients
  12. 1 big tomato – cut/diced
  13. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 2 tsp any red chili powder
  15. 1 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
  16. 1 tsp salt/chicken cube/seasoning- adjust to taste
  17. 1/2 C cooking oil

  1. Marinate cut chicken in A. Fry in hot oil until half cooked. Keep aside.

  2. Blend ingredients in B. Prepare wok. Use 1/2 cup of cooking oil to saut B until fragrant. Do not worry about the amount of oil used.

  3. Add C once B well sauted. Stir until B & C mixed well. This step takes 5 to 10mins.
