  1. 250 grams boneless mutton
  2. 1 piece kaccha papita(raw papaya)
  3. 2 tsp coriander powder
  4. 2 tsp Cumin powder
  5. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  9. 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  10. As required Oil for frying
  11. 2-3 eggs
  12. As needed Bread crumbs

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Kandi Gosht

  1. Take mutton into bowl add salt + Ginger garlic paste + all spices + lemon juice and mix well.take papaya(small piece)and make slices of it and add to the mutton mix well and keep in refrigerator for 5 hours.

  2. Then take out the mutton from refrigerator and pierce in wooden sticks(4 pieces into 1 stick) and discard the papaya pieces.

  3. Take bread crumbs and whisked eggs.first roll the sticks into bread crumbs then dip in egg then coat in bread crumbs and set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan take stick and again dip in whisked egg and fry them untill golden brown on slow flame.
