  1. 3/4 cup poha
  2. 4 potatoes
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 3 cloves garlic
  5. 1 /2 cup Coriander leaves
  6. To taste Red chilli powder
  7. Salt as per taste
  8. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  10. As needed Oil for shallow fry

  1. Clean wash and soak poha in only teaspoon of water. Boil potatoes until soft. I pressure cook till 2 whistles.

  2. After 5 minutes grind poha, green chilli, garlic and coriander

  3. Add poha mixture to grated potatoes, add salt and other spices and mix.

  4. If the mixture is dry, sprinkle some water or milk to bind together. I didn’t require as my mixture binded well.

  5. Take small balls and make cutlets of any shapes. Heat oil in a pan.

  6. Cook from both sides till golden brown

  7. Crunchy from outside and soft from inside. Good to pack with kids lunch.
