  13. 8-10 black peppercorns
  14. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  15. Pinch elaichi powder
  16. For Raita
  17. 1 cup curd
  18. to taste Salt
  19. 1 tsp sugar
  20. 1 tsp jeera powder
  21. Pinch kala namak
  22. 1 tbsp dried mint powder
  23. Coriander leaves for garnishing

  1. Wash rice and soak for half an hour, then cook it until becomes soft, then strain it in a big strainer and keep it aside
