  1. 1.5 cups wheat flour
  2. 2 medium boiled potatoes
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin-red chilli powder
  5. 1 chopped green chilli
  6. 1 tablespoon curd/yogurt
  7. 1 tablespoon chopped corriandar leaves
  8. 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  9. 1/2 cup lukewarm water to knead the dough
  10. 1/4 cup cooking oil

  1. First boil the potato & drain all water & mash it then add salt,grated ginger, chopped corriandar powder, roasted cumin-red chilli powder, chopped green chilli in it & mix everything together.

  2. Now cover the dough with wet kitchen towel & rest it for 20-30 minutes so that gluten can develop in it.

  3. After 30 minutes take a big portion from the dough & take one spoon potato mixture then stuff the potato mixture inside the dough & seal & tuck it properly.

  4. Now roll the dough carefully into a round shaped paratha & transfer it to a preheated tawa.

  5. Once one side of the paratha is done flip it & cook the other side then add little oil to it & lightly shallow fry it & it’s ready to be served.
