The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Dry Veg Manchurian

  1. For Manchurian balls
  2. 1/2 Cabbage piece
  3. 2-3 Carrots
  4. 5-6 French beans
  5. 1 small Capsicum
  6. 1 medium sized Onion
  7. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. To taste Salt
  9. 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  10. 2-3 bread slices
  11. 2-3 tablespoons corn starch
  12. As required Oil for frying
  13. For Manchurian sauce
  14. 8-10 cloves chopped garlic
  15. 2 tablespoons chopped spring onion
  16. 2 Green chillies, chopped
  17. 2 tablespoons mixed chopped vegetables
  18. As required Salt
  19. 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  20. 2 teaspoon Soya sauce
  21. 1 tablespoon Red chilli sauce
  22. 2 tablespoon Tomato sauce
  23. 1 tablespoon Sesame oil or any oil of your choice

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Dry Veg Manchurian

  1. Add the clean and roughly chopped vegetables in a food processor. Cabbage, carrots, beans, capsicum and onion. Run the processor till the vegetables look evenly chopped. Remove 2 tablespoons of vegetables for the sauce.

  2. Add the ginger garlic paste, broken bread slices, corn starch, salt and pepper and run again. Remove in a mixing bowl. Bring everything together. If needed wet your hands or use drops of water to bring together.

  3. If you do not have a processor you can also do this manually or in any chopper.

  4. Make even sized balls.

  5. Heat oil in a vessel. Once the oil is medium hot fry the manchurian balls in it. Stir now and then for even cooking.

  6. Sauce preparation; Heat oil in a wok add chopped onion garlic and vegetable mix. Saute. I forgot to keep aside vegetable mix, hence chopped some again.

  7. In a small cup mix all the three sauces. Add the sauce mix to the vegetables and also add all the seasonings

  8. Add all the fried manchurian balls and mix. Switch off flame and keep covered for few minutes.

  9. Serve hot as a snack.
