  4. 250 grams Dry red chillies
  5. 50 grams Chana dal

  8. 100 grams Whole Turmeric broken

  1. Dry roast all the ingredients separately till they become crunchy.

  2. Cool them and grind to fine powder.

  3. Use one to two teaspoon of this Sambar masala if making sambar for 4-5 people.
