The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Fruits and Lotus biscuits cheesecake

  1. 2 packets Tea biscuits or lotus biscuits
  2. 2 cups cream cheese
  3. 6 cubes kerry chesse or any other preferred type
  4. 2 tbsp butter (room temperature)
  5. 2 cans cream
  6. 2 cups liquid cream
  7. 1 tbs gelatin powder
  8. 1 tsp vanille
  9. 1 can condensed milk
  10. Packet Lotus for decoration
  11. Fruits for decoration

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Fruits and Lotus biscuits cheesecake

  1. In a bowl smash the lotus biscuits then add the melted butter

  2. Knead butter and biscuits together until they combine very well together

  3. Put the biscuits in a circular tray. Spread to cover all the tray. Press very well so it become whole

  4. Put in the refrigerator for 2 hours

  5. Pour cream cheese, kerry cheese, cream and condensed milk in a blender mix all together until they combine and thicker like whipped cream

  6. Add gelatin to hot water to melt then add vanille and stir

  7. Add cream cheese mix to gelatin blend all together and pour above the biscuits

  8. Place the cheesecake in the fridge for couple of hours

  9. You can decorate the cheesecake with fruits that u like and buscuits, chocolate, cheesecake sauce etc…
