  1. 200 gm Beetroot Wheat flour
  2. 200 gm Spinach Wheat flour
  3. to taste Salt
  4. 1 tbsp oil
  5. For Stuffing:-
  6. 200 gram Crumbled paneer
  7. 2 tbsp grated cheese
  8. 2 Green Chilli finely chopped
  9. 3 tbsp finely chopped tricolor capsicum
  10. 1 tbsp grated garlic
  11. 1 tsp Pizza Masala
  12. to taste Salt
  13. as needed Ghee
  14. as needed Water to knead a dough

  1. Take 2 bowls in1 bowl take Beetroot flour, salt,1-tbsp oil and knead a smooth dough with water. Similarly knead a dough with spinach Wheat flour & keep aside.

  2. Take a plate and mix crumbled paneer, grated cheese, garlic, salt,green chilli, tricolor capsicum & pizza masala.

  3. Now knead both the dough with little ghee & make equal balls. Roll paratha like puri keep stuffing in center cover it & again roll paratha gently. Cook paratha both sides applying ghee on medium flame.
