The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Rasmalai

  1. 1 ltr milk (cow milk)
  2. 1 ltr milk (full fat milk)
  3. 2 tbsp lime juice
  4. 300 gms sugar (sugar syrup)
  5. 100 gms sugar (milk)
  6. 10-15 strands saffron
  7. 5-6 cardamom
  8. 10-15 pistachio

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Rasmalai

  1. Take 1 ltr cow milk, make it hot, add lime juice and and make chena. Remove in a muslin cloth, wash with cold water. Allow the water to drain out completely.

  2. In another vessel take full fat milk 1 ltr. Allow it to boil. Add sugar and boil on slow flame. Add saffron in a small vessel and add milk to it. Keep aside. After sometime add the saffron milk to the milk being boiled. Add sugar and cook.

  3. Now make sugar syrup using sugar and water. Cover and bring to a boil. Smash the chena with your palm and make it smooth. Make small chena balls, flatten them, add it in sugar syrup. When done then transfer in saffron milk. Add the cardamom powder and pistachio. Rasmalai is ready.
