  6. 45 grams Desiccated Coconut
  7. 2 stalks Curry Leaves
  8. 1 Free Range Egg
  9. For the Spice Paste
  10. 50 grams Shallots
  11. 10 grams Garlic
  12. 15 grams Ginger
  13. Other Ingredients
  14. 3 tablespoons ground coriander
  15. 2 teaspoons chilli oowder
  16. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  17. Corn Flour Mixture
  18. 1 cup Corn Flour
  19. to taste Salt
  20. to taste Pepper
  21. Vegetable oil for deep frying

  1. Trim fat from chicken, clean and pat with a paper towel to dry

  2. Coat the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Set aside for 20 minutes
