  1. 1 cup split black udad dal (pressure cooked)
  2. 1 cup split green mung dal(pressure cooked)
  3. 8 garlic cloves
  4. 4 green chillies
  5. 1/2″ piece of ginger
  6. 2 tbsp chopped onion
  7. 2 tbsp rice flour
  8. 2 tbsp semolina
  9. 2 tbsp curd
  10. to taste Salt
  11. as required Oil for frying

  1. Grind both dals,garlic, green chillies, ginger altogether. Grind coarse.

  2. Now add rice flour, semolina,curd, onions and salt and mix well.

  3. Deep fry small bhajji from batter. Enjoy hot bhajjis.
