  2. 1 cup finely chopped veggies like capsicum, green peas, carrot, beans
  3. 1 Onion finely chopped
  4. 2 Tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp chopped Ginger and Garlic
  6. 1 tsp chopped green Chilli
  7. 1 tbsp chopped. Coriander and Mint leaves
  8. 1/3 tsp Cumin powder
  9. 1/3 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/3 tsp Turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  12. 1 tbsp milk
  13. 1/3 tsp black pepper powder
  14. 2 tsp Olive oil
  15. to taste Salt

  1. Heat oil in a wok. Fry onion for 2 minutes.

  2. Add green chilli, ginger, garlic, tomato and salt.

  4. Add the veggies and rest all dry masala including turmeric powder. Cook till done.

  5. Take eggs, milk, a pinch of turmeric and salt in a bowl and mix well till fluffy.

  6. Add egg mixture to the cooked veggies and cook in medium low heat.
