  1. 200 gms makhana
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped
  4. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  5. 1 tsp oregano
  6. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  7. 1 tsp chaat masala
  8. 1.5 tsp dry garlic powder
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Roasted Garlic Butter Makhanas

  1. In a wide non stick pan, put butter and let it melt.

  2. Add finely chopped garlic and sauté for a minute.

  3. Add makhanas and roast on low to medium heat for 10-12 minutes or till they turn crispy. Keep stirring so that makhana gets roasted evenly.

  4. Add all the dry masalas mentioned above and continue roasting for another 2 minutes till the masalas get incorporated well.

  5. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Store in a air tight container. Enjoy the crunchy garlicky flavoured makhanas with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
