The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Moong Sprouts rolls

  1. 1 cup cooked and crushed moong sprouts
  2. 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger green chillies
  4. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  5. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  6. to taste Salt
  7. 1/4 cup white sesame seeds
  8. as required Oil for deep frying

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Moong Sprouts rolls

  1. In a mixing bowl combine together crushed moong sprouts, mashed potatoes, ginger green chillies, chaat masala and salt, mix them well with your hand.

  2. Heat oil for deep frying, first on high flame, then make it medium.

  3. Now with wet hands make medium sized cylinders from the mixture and roll them in white sesame seeds.

  4. Now slowly slide the cylinder, one by one, in the hot oil and fry them, by turning them at regular intervals, until becomes light brown from outside.

  5. Fry 3 – 4 cylinders at one time, when done take them out on an absorbent paper.

  6. Arrange them in a serving platter and serve with any chutney or sauce of your choice
