  1. Half kilo meat(remaining from stew or freshly boiled)
  2. 1 potato
  3. 1 red onion cut into slices
  4. 1 tsp garam masala whole
  5. 2 cups rice(clean soak in water)
  6. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  7. Half lemon juice
  8. Half tsp turmeric powder and
  9. Half tsp red chilli powder
  10. 2 serving spoon oil
  11. 3 cups water

  1. Cut the onion into slices.peel the potato and keep ready.boil the meat with tomato n salt or if from a curry cooked previously,you can use it here.

Fry the onion to brownish colour in our pot with the heated oil.put the garam masala and mix,put the meat and potato,now put the water,salt and the spices mix well.let the water boil.add in the soaked rice and let it cook on medium heat.when water is almost dry,cover it and let it simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.switch off and let it set for few minutes before u serve.
