The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Palak chicken

  1. ¹/²kg Chicken washed and cleaned
  2. as needed Oil
  3. 3 cups Spinach
  4. 1tsp each ginger garlic paste
  5. 2 Chopped tomatoes
  6. 2 Chopped onions
  7. 1¹/² tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1¹/² tsp Coriander powder
  9. 1¹/² tsp Chilli powder
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 1tsp Garam masala
  12. as required Water
  13. 2 tbsp Amul cream

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Palak chicken

  1. Take a kadai and heat oil.Once oil is hot,add ginger garlic paste and saute.Now add onions and when the colour turns transculent,add tomatoes & saute it.

  2. Now add all the spices and saute well.Add little water so that all the spices are well mixed.

  3. Now put the chicken pieces into it and mix well.

  4. Now boil the spinach and once it’s boiled, remove all the water.Now put them into a grinder and make puree out of it.

  5. Put the spinach puree into the chicken and mix well.

  6. Cover the lid and cook till the chicken pieces are fully cooked.

  7. Once chicken is cooked, add amul cream into it.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.

  8. Garnish with amul cream.

  9. Serve hot palak chicken with butter naan or rice.
