  1. 250 g shredded cabbage
  2. 1 small carrot, julienned then cut in half
  3. 5 stalks green onion, chopped
  4. 6 Tbsp thick cream
  5. 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  6. 3/4 tsp, or to taste, dijon mustard
  7. 2 packets (2 g) stevia
  8. 2-3 tsps,or to taste, apple cider or white vinegar if not available
  9. 1/4 tsp, or to taste, pink salt or regular
  10. Few dashes of pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Adjust to preferred taste- tangy, sweet or creamy, thin or thick – by adding more vinegar or dijon mustard (tangy), stevia packets (sweet) or cream &/or mayo to make it thicker.

  3. Refrigerate before serving. It’s nicer when it’s chilled. =)
