  3. 1/2 cup palak puree
  4. 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. for chaat:
  7. 1 cup boiled peas
  8. 1/2 cup potatoes cubes(boiled)
  9. 2 tablespoons curd
  10. 2 tablespoons green chutney
  11. 2 tablespoons tamaraind chutney
  12. 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  13. 1 tablespoon roasted cumin powder
  14. 1 teaspoon rock salt
  15. 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  16. 2 tablespoons sev
  17. 250 ml oil for deep frying

  1. Take all ingredients for making katori in a bowl,mix and knead a semi soft dough.Cover and leave for 20 minutes.Roll 2 equal sized rotis of 1/4″thick.

  2. Put katori in middle of roti and cover the katori add shown in picture.Trim the edges.Deep fry for 6-7 minutes on medium to low flame.

  3. Take out from pan and put half of the boiled potato cubes in one katori.Then put half boiled peas,followed by curd,then pour both of the chutneys.Sprinkle cumin powder,rock salt and chilli powder.Put sev over the chaat.
