The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Veg fried maggi

  1. 1 packet maggi(1serving)
  2. 1 onion-chopped
  3. 1/2 carrot-chopped
  4. 1 green chilli-chopped
  5. 3-5 black pepper(crushed)
  6. as required oil
  7. to taste salt
  8. as required water
  9. as required capsicum & cabbage(optional)

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Veg fried maggi

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped vegetables. Fry them. I make the veggies crunchy because I love it that way. So I don’t fry it much.

  2. Add black pepper and green chilli and fry them.

  3. Break and crush the maggi into small pieces and fry it with veggies.

  4. Add a little water to avoid the maggi to burn.

  5. Fry it again. Then add some more water and fry it. Don’t add too much water because we are adding it to avoid burning.

  6. When the maggi is cooked and fried well, serve it hot.

  7. Sometimes I add gravy of salty mixed pickle for a different taste. It’s optional.

  8. Enjoy this hot fried maggi when you are craving for something midnight. You will love it.
