  1. Half a cup chickpeas (rinsed and drained)
  2. Quarter onion finely chopped
  3. 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  5. 1/2 tsp curry powder
  6. 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  7. 4 tsp double cream plain yogurt
  8. 1 baby marrow sliced
  9. Half a cup water
  10. Cooking oil
  11. to taste Salt

  1. Gently fry onions and baby marrows. In goes spices (curry powder, dried parsley). Allow them to cook through before adding tomato puree, garlic and chickpeas

  2. Add in water and cover the pot. Allow to cook & thicken for 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt to taste

  3. Remove from heat. Stir in double cream plain yogurt. Garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt (you can never have enough) and fresh coriander.
