  1. 1/2 C cooking oil
  2. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  3. 1 1/2 large yellow onion – sliced
  4. 1 Can Corn Beef
  5. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  6. 1 Bowl soaked Rice Vermicelli
  7. 1 tsp sugar (to taste)
  8. 1 tsp chicken seasoning/granules
  9. (Or to taste)

  1. Prepare ingredients. See picture below. Heat cooking oil over medium heat. Saut garlic and yellow onions till translucent then add canned corn beef. Slice it first for easy frying. Smash canned corn beef and finely mix with sauted onions for few minutes.
