  1. 1 cup sprouts whole moong
  2. 1/2 cup sprouts black Gram
  3. 1 Cucumber chopped
  4. 1 Green Capsicum chopped
  5. 1 Carrot chopped
  6. 1 tbsp boiled Corn
  7. 1 tomato chopped
  8. 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  9. 5 Mint leaves crushed
  10. 2 green chilli chopped
  11. 1 ” ginger grated
  12. 6 curry leaves
  13. 1 tbsp roasted barley flour
  14. 1 tbsp roasted gram flour
  15. 1 Lemon juice
  16. 1 tbsp Raisin
  17. 1 tsp coarse black pepper
  18. to taste Black salt
  19. to taste White salt
  20. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  21. 1 tsp Red chilli flecks
  22. 1/2 tsp Oregano
  23. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  24. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  25. 1 pinch asafoetodia
  26. 1 tbsp olive oil

  1. Take a serving bowl add cucumber, carrot, both of sprouts, tomato, capsicum, boiled Corn,both roasted flour,roasted cumin powder, crushed mint leaves coriander leaves,black pepper, both of salt, Oregano, red chilli flack, raisin. Mix well.

  2. Take a tadka pan add olive oil and heat it. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds & asafoetodia and let them splutter. Add ginger green chilli & curry leaves.mix well. Switch off the gas.
