  1. 1 cup basmati long grain rice
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 2 cups water
  4. 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  5. 2 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  6. 3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. to taste Salt
  8. 2 cardamom
  9. 1small cinnemon stick

  1. Wash basmati rice for 2 to 3 times then soak them in enough water for 30 min.

  2. Then heat up oil in a pan.

  3. Add 2 cardemom,cinnemon stick and cumin seeds saute them.

  4. Then add mint leaves and coriander leaves..mix well.

  5. Now add 2 cups of water and allow it to boil..

  6. When it comes on boiling stage then add soaked rice and add salt as per taste.

  7. Keep it on high flame untill water comes half..

  8. Then keep your flame on low for 5 to 7 mins by covering a lid.

  9. After that switch off the flame and serve hot with any gravy of your choice and enjoy this Yummilious restaurant style jeera rice with your loved ones.
