For carrot Halwa:-

1 Cup grated carrot

2 tbsp sugar

1/2 cup milk

2 tsp dry carrot homemade powder (u can use few drops of orange food colour)

For coconut Halwa:-

1 Cup dry dessicated coconut

1/2 cup milk
-
2 tbsp sugar
-
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

For Bottlegourd Halwa:-

1 cup grated Bottlegourd(lauki)

1/2 cup milk
-
2 tbsp sugar
-
1/2 tsp cardamom Powder

3 tsp Natural Spinach colour(made by blending 8-10 Spinach leaves in mixi jar then strained.)

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Tiranga Dessert-Carrot Coconut Bottlegourd Halwa

In the same pan add grated carrot,sugar,milk and keep on stirring till it becomes thick.Add dry carrot powder and mix well.Transfer in a Plate.Let it cool.In another pan take grated bottlegourd, add milk,sugar and cardamon powder.Keep on stirring till it becomes thick.Add spinach green colour and mix well.Transfer it in a Plate and let it cool.In a serving plate, arrange all Halwas as we have tricolours in our flag.Garnish with chopped Dry fruits and keep in fridge for 30 mins to set.Then serve
