  1. 1 1/2 tablespoon plain flour
  2. 2 tablespoon ghee
  3. 1/2 cup semolina
  4. 1 green chilli
  5. 1 cup refined oil
  6. To taste black salt
  7. To taste chaat masala powder
  8. 200 gm boiled kala chana
  9. 100 gm boiled potato
  10. 1/2 cup moong dal,lobia
  11. For Garnishing
  12. 1/3 cup boiled sprouts
  13. 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder
  14. 1/4 cup hung curd
  15. 1/2 cup sweet tamarind sauce
  16. 4 tablespoon green chutney
  17. To taste salt
  18. 1 teaspoon chaat masala powder
  19. 1 cup sev
  20. 6 papdi
  21. As required Pomegranate seeds

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Raj-Kachoris

  1. To prepare this recipe, take a large bowl and mix together plain flour, semolina and ghee. Using a little water, knead the mixture to a thick, hard dough. Once done, cover the dough with a damp cloth and keep aside for preparing the kachori. Afterwards, soak moong dal,lobia in a bowl for 2 hours in a large bowl. Once done, drain the extra water and keep aside.

  2. Now roll the small puris.Heat oil and fry the puris on simmer flame to make them crispy.Make a whole on getting cold.

  3. Now, take a mixing bowl and add boiled potatoes in it along with chana and boiled moong sprouts. Mix them with yoghurt, green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, chaat masala powder,salt, green chillies. Then, fill the kachori with this mixture and garnish with hung curd, green chutney, sweet tamarind chutney, chaat masala powder, salt, crushed papdis and cumin powder. Make the final garnishing of sev and serve immediately.
