  1. 2¹/² cup raw peanuts
  2. 1 tsp each ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tsp green chilli paste (optional)
  4. ¹/² tsp hing
  5. 2 tsp chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 1 cup besan
  8. ¹/⁴ cup rice flour
  9. 2 tbsp cornflour
  10. to taste Salt
  11. 3 tsp chaat masala
  12. 1 tsp black pepper
  13. 2 tsp amchoor powder
  14. 1 pinch baking powder
  15. as needed Oil for frying

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Masala peanut

  1. Mix ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, hing, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, besan, rice flour and cornflour in a bowl.

  2. Add little water and make a thick paste.

  3. Add salt, chaat masala, black pepper powder, amchoor and baking soda and mix well.

  4. Now add the peanuts and coat the peanuts nicely with the paste.

  5. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.Drop the peanuts in the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till they are slightly browned.

  6. Drain the peanuts on a kitchen tissue lined plate. Immediately sprinkle with some chaat masala and red chilli powder and mix well.

  7. Enjoy with a cup of masala tea
