  1. 1 bowl Bedhmi Poori atta
  2. 1 teaspoon Carom seeds
  3. To taste salt
  4. As required Cooking Oil
  5. As needed Water
  6. As required Aloo bhaji
  7. 5 Potatoes big size
  8. 2 Tomato
  9. 1 Onion
  10. 2″ Ginger Piece
  11. 2 Green chilli
  12. 1 bunch Coriander leaves
  13. To taste salt
  14. To taste red chilli
  15. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  16. 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  17. 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Bedmi Poori and Aloo Bhaji

  1. Add bedhmi Poori atta, salt, carom seeds, cooking oil and water and knead tight dough.

  2. Make small balls of dough and roll small Poori and deep fry in a karahi till golden brown. Poori is ready.

  3. Aloo bhaji

  4. Boil potatoes in pressure cooker till 5 whistles. Switch off the heat. Peel potatoes and cut into pieces.

  5. Chop onion, ginger and tomatoes and cut in small pieces.

  6. In a kadai heat oil and put cumin seeds now add ginger and stir for two minutes. Add chopped onion and fry till golden brown. Now put grated tomatoes in the mixture and fry till oil leaves the karahi. Now add water and boil it. Add potatoes in this mixture and stir for two minutes. Mix garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves.

  7. Serve hot with Poori, onion salad, green chilli and lime pickle.
