  1. 1 bowl Moong Daal
  2. To taste salt
  3. To taste red chilli powder
  4. As needed Red chilli fakes half teaspoon
  5. 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  6. As needed Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  7. As needed Cooking Oil for deep frying
  8. As needed Water
  9. 2 tsp Kasoori methi

  1. Wash moong Daal with water and soak for 4 hours in water and then grind in mixer.

  2. Now transfer the mixture in a mixing bowl and then put salt, red chilli powder, red chilli flakes, coriander seeds, kasuri methi and garam masala and mix well.

  3. Now in a karahi deep fry pakodi by pouring one teaspoon mixture one by one till they turned golden brown.
