The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Pizza paratha

Wheat flour dough

1 cup chopped mix veggies (onion, capsicum, cabbage and carrots)

2tbsp tomato sauce

1 tsp oil
-
1 tsp pav bhaji masala

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp Coriander powder

to taste Salt
Step-step making Recipes easy to make Pizza paratha

Heat oil and add veggies. Saute for 2-3mins.

Add masalas and salt. Mix well. Cover cook for 5mins. Cool the mixture.

Prepare a slightly thick chapati. Cook it from both sides.

Now start assembling the pizza. Spread tomato sauce on one side of the chapati.

Spread the cooled mixture evenly. Sprinkle some Grated cheese.

Heat a non stick pan, place the pizza paratha, and cover cook for 2mins. Reduce the flame while cover cooking.

Remove the pizza paratha and cut into 8 pieces. Serve hot with ketchup.

You can even add oregano and red chilli flakes to give more pizza look and taste.
