The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  1. 2 cups blanched and finely chopped palak, without any moisture
  2. 2 boiled and mashed shakarkand
  3. 2 tbsp bhune chane ka powder
  4. 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger and green chillies
  5. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  6. 1 tbsp pudina powder
  7. 1 tbsp chaat masala
  8. Pinch elaichi powder
  9. to taste Salt
  10. 8-10 kaju halves
  11. 2 tbsp ghee for roasting the kebabs
  12. 1 bunch coriander leaves for garnishing

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  1. In a mixing bowl combine together chopped palak, shakarkand, chane ka powder, ginger green chillies, coriander, half of chaat masala, pudina powder, elaichi powder and salt, mix them well with your hands

  2. It will become like a dough

  3. Now heat a pan on low heat and grease it with little ghee

  4. Now make equal sized balls from the dough

  5. Flatten each ball a little, giving it a shape of a kebab and stick one kaju half on it

  6. In this way make all the kebabs

  7. Now place the kebabs, one by one in the hot pan, roast 3 – 4 kebabs at one time

  8. Brush some ghee on the kebabs

  9. When they become light brown from one side then flip them over to another side

  10. Again brush some ghee on them and roast them, until they become light brown from the other side too

  11. In this way make all the kebabs

  12. When they are done, take them out in a serving plate, sprinkle some chaat masala on top, serve with green chutney and garnish with bunch of coriander leaves
