  8. To taste salt
  9. 1 tbsp butter
  10. 2 tbsp grated processed cheese
  11. 1 tbsp fresh cream
  12. 2 cups milk
  13. 3 tbsp all purpose flour approximately
  14. 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  15. 1Pinch paprika powder
  16. 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs
  17. 1 tsp fresh chopped coriander

  1. Steam all vegetables except capsicum till half done. Drain water.Heat butter in a nonstick pan and fry garlic lightly.Add chopped onion and fry lightly.Add all chopped vegetables and toss.Add flour and toss quickly in low flame so that no lumps are formed.This way vegetables get mixed with flour properly.Add salt and black pepper.Add milk and mix well.Add mixed herbs and sprinkle some paprika. Also add chopped coriander and fresh cream, little more butter and cheese and toss well.Switch off gas.

  2. Grease a microsafe bowl with butter.Pour the vegetable mix and sprinkle a layer of bread crumbs on top.Sprinkle grated cheese and little more paprika.Preheat microwave at MC combi mode.Bake for 10 -15 mins till you get a crispy layer on top.Serve hot with garlic bread.
