  3. 1 cup frozen peas
  4. 1/4 cup soya nuggets
  5. 1/2 cup sprouted moong
  6. 2 medium sized tomatoes

  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. to taste Salt
  12. 5 cups water
  13. 1 tbsp ghee
  14. 1 Ginger
  15. 2 green chilies
  16. 1 pinch Asafetida
  17. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala

  1. Take a pressure cooker. Heat it up and add a tsp of ghee

  2. Add jeera and a pinch of hing / asafoetida

  3. Add one tsp of chopped ginger and green chillies and tomatoes. One can make paste of all three and use too.

  4. Now add chopped vegetables, frozen pea, soy nuggets and sprouted moong

  5. Stir and add salt & black pepper. Add little red chilli powder and little pav bhaji masala too.

  6. Now add Dalia and mix well

  7. Give two three whistles and allow to sit for ten minutes.
