  2. 4 cups full fat milk
  3. 8-10 tsp milk powder
  4. 3 tbsp fresh cream/malai
  5. 3 tbsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp gelatin
  7. 1 tbsp cornflour
  8. 2 tsp butter

  1. Soak gelatin in warm milk.Boil milk till reduced to half.Add sugar while boiling.Make a paste of cornflour and powder milk and add it to the boiling milk.Add gelatin and boil till thick.Add fresh cream and butter and check sweetness.Set aside to cool.Make a paste of 1 mango and strain it.Add it to the cooled milk.Churn the milk in a mixer to get a smooth texture.Pour in freezer trays and deep freeze for 7-8 hours till set.Serve with mango slices.
