  1. 2 whole wheat rotis or tortillas
  2. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  3. 1 tablespoon diced red pepper
  4. 1/2 cup roughly chopped spinach
  5. 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 teaspoon butter
  8. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise

  1. First in a nonstick pan take very little amount of butter & add red bell pepper & chopped onion & saute. Then add mushrooms & spinach followed my salt & pepper.Once these vegetables are cooked, keep them aside.

  2. Now in a tawa place the roti and heat up both sides a bit. Then transfer the vegetable mixture on half portion of the roti & spread it equally.

  3. Now add shredded cheese over the vegetables & spread mayonnaise on the other half portion of the roti.

  4. Now the roti gold in half & flip it up carefully then press it lightly. After 1 minute remove it from tawa & now it’s ready to be served. Now cut it in equal triangle pieces & serve hot.
