  1. 200 grams chilke wali moong daal
  2. to taste Salt
  3. 2 Green chilli
  4. as needed Coriander Leaves
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. 2 Onion
  7. as needed Oil for frying

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Moong ke Bhajiya

  1. Soak chilke wali moong daal overnight or for 5 to 6 hours.

  2. Discard all the water and keep in chalni for 15 mins.Then coursely gring the moong daal remove in a bowl.

  3. Chop the onion + green chilli + coriander leaves and add to the moong daal and add salt + turmeric powder and lightly mix it.

  4. Heat oil in a kadhai take batter lightly and directly put in oil and fry till crispy and golden brown in colour.
