  1. 250 gms parwal
  2. 1 big sized potato
  3. 3 red dried chilli
  4. 4-5 garlic flakes
  5. 1 tsp turmeric
  6. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 2 tsp dhaniya jeera powder
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 2 tsp mustard oil
  10. 1 tsp jeera

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Parwal aloo sabji

  1. Wash and cut the parwal sabji. Chop the potato. Heat oil, add jeera, crushed garlic, red dried chilli, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhaniya jeera powder and salt. Mix nicely. Add the parwal and potato. Mix again. Cover and cook on slow to medium and then on high flame. Check the sabji in intervals. When done remove in serving bowl. Serve with roti.
