The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Vegetables Vermicelli

  1. 3 cups vermicelli Roasted
  2. 3/4 cup tomato Chopped
  3. 1 Green Chilli Chopped
  4. 1/2 cup Green Peas
  5. 2-3 onions
  6. 2-3 carrots chopped
  7. as required Beans chopped
  8. 3 Tbsp oil
  9. 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
  10. to taste Salt,red chillies powder
  11. 4 1/2 Cups Water
  12. 100 grams Paneer

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Vegetables Vermicelli

  1. Chop all vegetables into fine small pieces except Peas.

  2. Heat Oil in a pan on high flame.
    Add Cumin seeds and wait until they gets light golden brown in colour.

  3. Once done, add Tomatoes, Green Chilli and turn the flame to medium.

  4. Add Peas.Add salt and red chillies powder.

  5. Add 1/2 cup of Water. Cover the pan with the lid and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

  6. After 5 minute, add 4 cups of Water and vermicelli. Turn the stove to high flame and mix well.
    Water measure should always be 1.5 times the quantity of vermicelli.

  7. Bring it to boil on high flame. Once you see the boil turn to low flame.
    Cover the lid of the pan and cook until all water gets evaporated. Add Paneer slices.

  8. Once done, switch off the flame and mix well.
    Serve hot Vegetables vermicelli very tasty,simple and very less time consuming.
