  1. First blend the overnight soaked green moong dhal with onions ginger garlic paste red chilli powder salt amchur and curry pata. Transfer this to a bowl then add besan and rice flour and mix well. Heat oil in Kadai and pinch in small portions of the mixture and deep fry it.
