The ingredients for making Recipes easy to make Kankada and Potato fry

  1. 200 gm Kankada
  2. 1 medium Potato
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 pod dry red chilli
  5. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1 tsp cumin + coriander powder
  7. 1 – 1/2 tsp Corn flour
  8. 1/3 tsp curry powder
  9. to taste Salt
  10. as needed Oil for shallow fry

Step-step making Recipes easy to make Kankada and Potato fry

  1. Clean, wash and chop both veggies in round way. Mix all the ingredients with the chopped veggies properly. (Except mustard seeds, chilli, corn flour and, cooking oil)

  2. Marinate the veggies for 30 minutes. Then in a microwave safe bowl half cook them for 4 minutes. Let it cool.

  3. To the marinade masala water add cornflour and half boil veggies. Mix well. carefully.

  4. In a pan heat oil. Splutter mustard and split red chilli. Shallow fry the veggies on both sides in medium flame.
